玉米细菌性枯萎病(Erwinia stewar-tii)是我国对外植物检疫对象之一。目前用于现场检验此病的培养基,常回收率不高或不够灵敏以致较难分离成功,另外,常用培养基均属选择性培养基,在生长速度上较非选择性的要慢。本试验通过对几种常用于分离玉米枯萎菌的培养基回收率的测定,以及改变培养基中某些化学成分,选出一种回收率高且兼有鉴别性并适合玉米枯萎菌生长的培养基。 材料和方法 菌种:ATCC8199(745-1),ATCC8200 (745-2)和E.herbicola,均由农业部植物
Erwinia stewar-tii is one of the foreign quarantine plants in China.
