目的比较益母草冲剂、米非司酮、米索前列醇、妈富隆、缩宫素联合补佳乐配伍安宫黄体酮,治疗药物流产后阴道持续出血的止血和月经恢复的疗效。方法随机将298例健康妇女药物流产孕囊排出后的患者按追加用药分为5组:①益母草冲剂组;②米非司酮组;③米索前列醇组;④妈富隆组;⑤缩宫素联合补佳乐配伍安宫黄体酮组。比较5组药流后阴道出血量、出血时间及月经恢复情况。结果从阴道出血量、出血时间、月经恢复5组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素联合补佳乐配伍安宫黄体酮用于药物流产后的疗效优于其他4组,可提高完全流产率,降低清宫率,明显减少阴道出血时间,促进月经恢复,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of the motherwort granules, mifepristone, misoprostol, marvelon, oxytocin and norge pine progesterone in the treatment of hemostasis and menstrual recovery after vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods A total of 298 healthy women were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the additional medication: ① motherwort granules group; ② mifepristone group; ③ misoprostol group; ④ marvelon group; ⑤ contraction palace The combination of prime music and amphetamine equine progesterone group. Vaginal bleeding volume, bleeding time and menstrual recovery were compared between the five groups. Results Vaginal bleeding volume, bleeding time, menstrual recovery five groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Oxytocin combined with norepinephrine progesterone progesterone for abortion after the curative effect is better than the other four groups, can improve the rate of complete abortion, reduce the rate of curettage, significantly reduce the vaginal bleeding time, promote menstrual recovery, is worth clinical promotion.
