灰飞虱是小麦丛矮病毒病的传毒介体。1969年yamada和Shikata报道过丛矮病毒可在灰飞虱虫体内繁殖。而丛矮病毒在灰飞虱虫体内的增殖,其后对灰飞虱虫体的影响,作者于1981年曾作报道。证实丛矮病毒能影响灰飞虱的生长、发育和繁殖。在繁殖力上能使雌虫寿命缩短,产卵前期增长,产卵天数减少及产卵量下降。为继续观察丛矮病毒对灰飞虱雌雄虫体方面的各种影响,特进行具丛矮病毒和不具丛矮病毒的雌、雄虫体的不同配对组合下的繁殖力影响的试验观察。现将初步结果整理如下,供研讨。
Laodelphax striatellus is a virus-mediated mediator of wheat bushy stunt virus disease. In 1969 yamada and Shikata reported that the cluster dwarf virus can breed in the planthopper. However, the proliferation of cluster stunt virus in the planthopper, and its subsequent impact on the planthopper, was reported by the author in 1981. Confirmed that dwarf virus can affect the growth, development and reproduction of Laodelphax striatellus. Fecundity can make females shorter life expectancy, pre-spawning growth, reduce the number of days of laying eggs and decreased fecundity. In order to continue to observe the various effects of the cluster dwarf virus on the male and female larvae of the Laodelphax striatellus, experimental observations were made on the effects of different mating combinations of the female and male bursts with the cluster dwarf virus and the non-cluster dwarf virus. The preliminary results are now organized as follows for discussion.
