目的探讨超强纤维带用于牙周病松动牙康复治疗中的应用,观察其用于牙周夹板固定松动牙的疗效。方法在系统牙周治疗的基础上,选择牙周病患者48例153颗患牙,松动牙采用超强纤维带加光固化流动树脂制作的牙周夹板固定,患者在松动牙固定6个月后复诊。结果 48例患者在6个月后复诊,显效108例,有效30例,无效15例,有效率90.2%。结论牙周夹板应用是牙周病松动牙康复的有效手段,采用超强纤维带加光固化流动树脂作为牙周夹板固定松动牙的治疗方法操作方便,不破坏牙体组织,且外形美观,粘结效果良好,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the application of super fiber band in the treatment of periodontal disease with loose teeth and to observe its effect on the periodontal splints with loose teeth. Methods On the basis of systemic periodontal treatment, 48 patients with periodontal disease of 153 teeth were selected. The loose teeth were fixed with periodontal splints made of superfine fiber tape and light-curing fluid resin, and the patients were fixed with loosen teeth for 6 months Referral Results 48 patients after 6 months of referral, markedly effective in 108 cases, 30 cases, 15 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 90.2%. Conclusion The application of periodontal splints is an effective method for periodontal disease with loose teeth. The treatment of loose teeth with periodontal splints by using super fiber ribbon and light-curing fluid resin is easy to operate without damaging the tooth tissues and has the advantages of beautiful appearance and stickiness Results well, is a worthy of promotion of treatment.
