2012年,世界经济形势总体上仍将十分严峻复杂,世界经济复苏的不确定性上升。国际经济形势出现的新变化,将对深圳的进出口、物价水平以及经济增长产生较大影响。深圳市应积极主动做好应对国际贸易保护主义升级的战略准备,推动产业结构优化升级,不断改善出口产品结构,鼓励我市企业加快“走出去”的步伐,同时,积极开拓国内市场。此外,利用资本市场,加速培育我市的创新型企业,以增强抵御外部冲击的能力。
In 2012, the global economic situation will still be extremely harsh and complicated as a whole, and the uncertainty of the world economic recovery will rise. The new changes in the international economic situation will have a greater impact on Shenzhen’s import and export, price levels and economic growth. Shenzhen should take the initiative to make strategic preparations to respond to the escalation of international trade protectionism, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, continuously improve the structure of export products and encourage enterprises in our city to speed up the pace of “going global” while actively exploring the domestic market. In addition, capital markets should be used to speed up the cultivation of our city’s innovative enterprises to enhance their ability to withstand external shocks.
