周济谱,中国市场学会副会长、中央财经大学客座教授。曾担任北京城乡建设集团董事长、东北华联集团总裁、万通实业集团副总裁、中国华诚集团副总裁、中经信投资有限公司董事长、华夏证券公司董事长兼党委书记等职。曾撰写《一家之说》、《商诫——商学院里学不到的经营秘笈》、《商谏——周济谱论国企时弊》管理方面专著等。在各类报刊、杂志上发表过多篇关于中国企业改革方面颇有争议的文章。
Zhou Zhipu, Vice President of China Market Association, visiting professor of Central University of Finance and Economics. He has served as Chairman of Beijing Urban and Rural Construction Group, President of Northeast Hualian Group, Vice President of Vantone Industrial Group, Vice President of China Huacheng Group, Chairman of China Economic Information Investment Co., Ltd., Chairman and Secretary of Party Committee of Huaxia Securities Company. Has written “one that”, “Admonition - business school business secrets can not learn”, “commercial remonstration - Weeks on the shortcomings of state-owned enterprises management” monographs and so on. He has published quite a few articles in various newspapers and magazines on controversial topics concerning the reform of Chinese enterprises.
