钒对氯化亚锡还原-重铬酸钾滴定法测铁有着严重的干扰。钒量高于1毫克就得校正成预先进行分离。近期虽有文献介绍不需分离钒直接测定含钒试样中铁的方法,但不足之处是仍然使用了汞盐。本文提出用Si-V-Mo三元杂多酸络合物作为亚锡还原后Fe(Ⅲ)的终点指示剂,勿须分离钒直接用无汞盐法测定铁。其原理大致如下。
Vanadium stannous chloride reduction - potassium dichromate titration of iron has a serious interference. If the amount of vanadium is higher than 1 mg, it must be corrected to be pre-separated.
