沉浮(陈夫)安徽蒙城人,祖籍山东,1965年生。当今中国画坛颇具实力的青年画家和艺术活动策展人,长期从事中国画的创作和组织工作。1986年毕业于安徽阜阳师范学院美术系,主攻花鸟,尤擅画梅1999年毕业于北京画院首届高研班,主修山水。先后师从杨延文、李宝林、冯今松老师。作品曾被多国政府机构、艺术馆、收藏家收藏。其中国画作
