交感性眼炎虽较为少见,但由于其病因和发病机理迄今尚不完全明瞭,在诊断、治疗和预防上还有一定困难,因此长期来受到眼科医师的重视。1979年第一届全国眼外伤与职业性眼病学术会议以来,有关本病的报道较多,较集中地反映了我国交感性眼炎的过去和现状。为了对本病有一个较全面的认识,有助于今后进一步研究,特将新中国成立以来发表的临床资料,结合我院的76例,共520例加以分析。由于各地分析重点不同与统计方法的差异,因此本病各项统计不可能一致。
Although sympathetic ophthalmia is relatively rare, its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully understood so far, and there are still some difficulties in diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Therefore, ophthalmologists have long been valued. Since 1979, the first session of the National Conference on Eye Injury and Occupational Eye Disease, the reports of this disease more, more concentrated reflection of the past and current status of sympathetic ophthalmia in our country. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of this disease, which will be helpful for further study in future, we will analyze the clinical data published since the founding of new China, combining with the data of 76 cases in our hospital. Due to differences in the analysis of different points and statistical methods around, so the disease statistics can not be consistent.
