痕迹检验技术是公安机关刑侦人员在勘查现场、手机证据时经常采用的一种刑事侦查手段。手印痕迹是案发现场最常见的痕迹,手印因其特殊性而经常作为侦查案件的重要线索,也是指认犯罪嫌疑人的有力依据。对现场手印认真观察研究,作出正确分析判断,从中找到有用的信息,可为确定案件性质、缩小侦查范围,证明犯罪事实,揭露犯罪人提供重要证据。
Trace detection technology is the public security organs criminal investigators at the scene of investigation, cell phone evidence often used as a means of criminal investigation. Fingerprints are the most common traces of the scene of the crime. Fingerprints are often used as important clues to the investigation of cases because of their particularity. They are also powerful references for identifying criminal suspects. The careful observation and study of the fingerprints on the site, the correct analysis and judgment, and the finding of useful information can provide important evidences for determining the nature of the case, narrowing the scope of investigation, proving the facts of the crime and exposing the perpetrators.
