目的:对栀子果实、果仁、果皮中二萜色素类成分进行比较研究。方法:HPLC法同时测定3个主要成分(crocin1,crocin 2,crocin 3)含量,kromasil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.3%甲酸水不同梯度洗脱,检测波长440 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:3个成分在测定范围内线性关系较好(r>0.999 5),平均回收率分别为97.50%,98.76%,97.67%。栀子果实不同部位中均含有3种二萜色素类成分,且含量有较大差异。结论:3种成分以栀子果仁中含量最高,为揭示栀子果仁、果皮的不同临床功效提供了实验依据
Objective: To compare the diterpene pigment composition in Fructus Gardeniae fruit, nut kernel and peel. Methods: The contents of three major components (crocin1, crocin 2 and crocin 3) were determined by HPLC. The kromasil C18 column was eluted with a gradient of methanol-acetonitrile-0.3% formic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL. min-1, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The linearity of the three components in the determination range was good (r> 0.999 5). The average recoveries were 97.50%, 98.76% and 97.67%, respectively. Gardenia fruit contains different parts of three kinds of diterpene pigment composition, and the content is quite different. CONCLUSION: The three components of Fructus Gardeniae contain the highest content of Fructus Gardeniae, providing an experimental basis for revealing the different clinical efficacy of Fructus Gardeniae and Peel
