随着城市建设的高速发展,涉及到深基坑的工程越来越多,基坑工程呈现出深、大、近、窄等特点。在建筑工程施工质量不断提高的今天,尤其是高层建筑,对其施工的质量要求越来越高。在施工过程中为了确保深基坑施工安全,同时又降低工程造价,是值得加以探讨的课题,本文通过某公司住宅楼工程实例,主要论述深基坑支护结构的选择、施工技术及主要施工工序的控制,对后续工程施工有一定的借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of urban construction, involving more and more deep foundation pit engineering, foundation pit project shows a deep, big, near, narrow and so on. In the continuous improvement of construction quality, especially high-rise buildings, the quality of their construction requirements are getting higher and higher. In the process of construction, in order to ensure the safety of deep foundation pit construction and reduce the construction cost at the same time, it is worth discussing. This paper mainly discusses the choice of supporting structure of deep foundation pit, construction technology and main construction Process control, follow-up construction has some reference.
