随着我国小学教育管理水平的不断提高,小学教育教学工作的顺利高效的开展,必须有一套完备的教学管理体系做支撑。那么在实行新课程改革和素质教育两个重要任务的前提下,如何将新课程进行有效的推进,如何将教育教学任务进行规划管理,推进教学改革进程,就能够将校园和谐发展的进程不断推进和加快,促进小学教育教学管理的的更加有序。本文笔者则根据多年小学教育教学管理经验,简单对目前我国小学教育教学管理问题提出几点思考,以供参考。
