[目的]研究长链非编码RNA HOTAIR在胃肠间质瘤中的表达特点以及临床病理意义,并分析与胃肠间质瘤患者预后的关系。[方法]应用实时定量PCR检测59例胃肠间质瘤肿瘤标本中HOTAIR表达水平,分析胃肠间质瘤中HOTAIR表达水平与肿瘤危险程度、核分裂相以及预后之间的相关性。[结果]胃肠道间质瘤中HOTAIR表达与肿瘤危险分度、核分裂相、肿瘤多发呈明显相关,HOTAIR高、低表达组2年生存率分别为96.0%、69.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。[结论]长链非编码RNA HOTAIR与胃肠间质瘤肿瘤恶性程度和预后有关;HOTAIR作为抑癌非编码基因有望成为胃肠间问质瘤诊断以及预后判断的重要指标。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of long-chain non-coding RNA HOTAIR in gastrointestinal stromal tumors and its clinicopathological significance, and to analyze the relationship with the prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors. [Method] Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect HOTAIR expression in 59 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors and to analyze the correlation between HOTAIR expression and the degree of tumor risk, mitosis and prognosis in gastrointestinal stromal tumors. [Results] The expression of HOTAIR in gastrointestinal stromal tumors was significantly correlated with the risk degree of tumor, mitosis and multiple tumor. The 2-year survival rates of high and low HOTAIR groups were 96.0% and 69.2%, respectively Statistical significance (P = 0.024). [Conclusion] Long-chain non-coding RNA HOTAIR is associated with the degree of malignancy and prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. HOTAIR as a non-coding gene of tumor suppressor is expected to be an important index for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastrointestinal interstitial tumor.
