本文应用组织学和组织化学的方法研究了复方甲苯咪唑对旋毛虫囊包期幼虫的杀虫作用机制。实验结果发现该药对虫体的糖代谢有明显的干扰作用;对虫体琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的活性有抑制作用。用药后,虫体囊包周围开始出现显著的以嗜酸粒细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润,终至填充了整个囊包。在电镜下也发现相应的组织学改变。
In this paper, histological and histochemical methods to study the compound mebendazole Trichogramma larvae insecticidal mechanism. The experimental results show that the drug has a significant interference on the sugar metabolism of parasites, and inhibits the activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) in parasites. After treatment, parasites around the bag began to appear significant eosinophil infiltration of inflammatory cells, and finally filled the entire pad. Under electron microscope also found that the corresponding histological changes.
