西北燥证模型动物宏观观测指标与辨证方法

建立证候动物模型是探索西北燥证微观机制及其防治措施的关键。四诊是辨证的基本手段,虽“天然性差别”使对动物和对人的四诊及辨证方法截然不同,但二者却可统一于“宏观观察”。文章主张借助宏观观察手段,依据西北燥证主、兼分证辨证内容,以指标属性(直接性或间接性)分类为基础,筛选适用于造模动物中医西北燥证辨证的宏观观察指标,搭建造模动物宏观观测指标与人体西北燥证主兼分证症状表现间的对应关系,进而建立SD大鼠中医西北燥证指标结构辨证方案;运用指标量化方案,以等级变量描述SD大鼠各辨证指标及其结构,参照大鼠中医西北燥证指标结构辨证方案,应用对比分析法实现SD大鼠西北燥证主兼分证的辨识,并藉此评价西北燥证动物模型。 Establishing the animal model of syndrome is the key to explore the microscopic mechanism of the Northwest dryness syndrome and its prevention and cure measures. Four diagnostic tests are the basic means of syndrome differentiation. Although “natural differences” make the four diagnostic and dialectical methods of animal and human being completely different, the two can be unified in “macro observation.” The article advocates the use of macroscopic means of observation, based on the main Northwest dry syndrome, and the content of syndrome differentiation, based on the index attribute (direct or indirect) classification, suitable for modeling animals Northwest syndrome differentiation of macroeconomic indicators, The relationship between macroscopic observations of model animals and the symptoms and signs of the main body of the Northwest Dryness Syndrome was established, and then the dialectical scheme of the syndrome structure of the Northwest Dryness Syndrome of TCM was established. Using the index quantification scheme, the level variables were used to describe the syndrome differentiation of SD rats Index and its structure, refer to the TCM Syndrome Differentiation Schemes of Northwest Dryness Syndrome, and apply contrast analysis to identify the main Syndrome Differentiation of Northwest Dryness Syndrome in SD rats and to evaluate the animal model of Northwest Dryness Syndrome.
