应用冷冻复型透射电镜技术对2至足月的人胎儿晶体纤维的观察结果显示,晶体纤维细胞膜的膜内微粒和缝管连接有明显的胎龄性差异。二个月者膜内微粒小,缝管连接不典型。三个月者膜内微粒明显增多,突起部及平整膜面出现大小不等的缝管连接。四个月以上者,平整膜面的缝管连接与三个月者相似。晶体纤维细胞膜的缝管连接可能在晶体生长发育过程中,起着物质运输和信息传递的作用。
The application of cryogenic multiplex transmission electron microscopy to the observation of 2-term full-term human fetal crystal fibers revealed a significant difference in gestational age between the intragranular and suture connections of crystalline fiber membranes. Within two months of small particles in the film, seam pipe connection is not typical. Within three months, there was a significant increase in intramembranous granules, and there were seam joints of varying sizes in the bumps and flattened membranes. For more than four months, the flat membrane-covered suture connections were similar to those of three months. The connection of the suture of crystal fiber cell membrane may play a role of material transport and information transmission in the process of crystal growth and development.
