本文将精益财务管理理念纳入企业个体管理的全过程,实现企业个体价值创造的利润最大化的目的要求。精益财务的表现在于细化财务工作的每个流程细节,尽可能降低无用功与不必要的浪费,以创造价值为核心,降低所有能降低的成本,创造最大利润。精益财务管理是贯穿于财务全过程的有效管理,更渗透到财务活动的每个角落。企业个体需彻底转变传统管理理念,实现以创造价值为目的精益管理方式。
In this paper, the concept of lean financial management into the whole process of individual management, to achieve the purpose of maximizing the profit of individual value creation. Lean financial performance is to refine the details of every process of financial work, as far as possible to reduce waste and unnecessary waste, in order to create value as the core, reduce all the costs can be reduced and create maximum profits. Lean financial management is an effective management throughout the entire financial process and more permeates every corner of the financial activities.
