环介导等温扩增(LAMP)技术是近10年来发展起来的新型恒温核酸扩增技术。与分子生物学方法、免疫学方法相比LAMP技术无需昂贵精密的仪器和专业的技术人员,甚至肉眼观察就能判定结果。LAMP技术以其特异性强、灵敏度高、方便快捷等诸多优点的能够满足条件较差的基层实验室快速检测副溶血弧菌的需求,提高基层卫生机构应对突发公共卫生事件的处置能力。近年来,LAMP在副溶血弧菌的快速检测中广泛应用,本文就其研究进展进行了综述。
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technology is a new type of thermostatic nucleic acid amplification technology developed in the past 10 years. Compared with molecular biology methods and immunological methods, LAMP technology does not need expensive and precise instruments and professional technicians, and even the naked eye can determine the result. LAMP technology can rapidly detect the need of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in grass-roots laboratories with poor specificity and high specificity, sensitivity, convenience and quickness, and improve the ability of grass-roots health agencies to deal with public health emergencies. In recent years, LAMP has been widely used in the rapid detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. This article reviews the progress of its research.
