技工教育理论与实践相结合的人才培养模式为国家现代化建设输送了大批实用型的技能人才,然而,技工教育文化课与专业技能课却难以和谐并进,重视专业课轻视文化课的现象普遍存在。从长远来看,放弃对学生文化素质的提高既是短视的,也是对学生不负责任的表现。要改变这一现状,技工院校的文化课教育就必须从自身实际出发,摸索规律,走自己的特色之路。
However, the education and culture classes of technical workers and professional skills classes are difficult to harmonize harmoniously, and the emphasis on the neglect of cultural classes in professional classes is widespread. In the long run, giving up the improvement of students’ cultural quality is neither short-sighted nor irresponsible to students. In order to change this situation, the cultural education in technical and vocational colleges must proceed from its own reality, explore the law and take its own characteristic road.
