如何有效地利用实训资源,提高开放实训中心的运行效率与效能,在全方位开放的基础上,实现实训资源使用的最优化,是当前开放实训中心建设首要考虑的问题,而要解决这一问题,开放实训中心的开放性及运行管理问题的解决是关键。
How to effectively use training resources to improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness of open training centers and to optimize the use of training resources on the basis of all-round liberalization are the primary considerations in the construction of the current training center.
