浮选斯哈达—阿里斯克矿床的鉛鋅矿石时,在1959年进行了用其他起泡剂代替甲酚的可能性的研究工作。試驗了各种起泡剂:松油、异萜烯醇、丁基黑药、甲酚、环己醇、二甲苯基伯醇和糠醛。在同各精矿或选择中得出最高金属回收率的較好起泡剂是环己醇、甲酚和二甲苯基伯醇(表1)。按照鉛精矿的质量和鉛的回收率获得了等价的指标,而按鋅的回收率和鋅精矿的质量則釆用环己醇时指标較高。研究院建議对环己醇和二甲苯基伯醇进行工业試驗。环己醇是具有下列結构型式的循环派生醇:
When flotation of lead-zinc ores in the Shatha-Arisk deposit was carried out in 1959, research on the possibility of replacing other cresols with other foaming agents was carried out. Various foaming agents were tested: pine oil, is terpene alcohol, butyl black drug, cresol, cyclohexanol, xylyl primary alcohol and furfural. Better foaming agents that yield the highest metal recovery in each concentrate or selection are cyclohexanol, cresol and xylenol (Table 1). In accordance with the quality of lead concentrate and lead recovery rate obtained equivalent indicators, and by zinc recovery rate and the quality of zinc concentrate preclude the use of cyclohexanol higher indicators. The Institute recommends industrial trials of cyclohexanol and xylenol. Cyclohexanol is a cyclic derivatized alcohol having the following structure:
