近几年来,吸引海外学子回国创业已成为不少地方发展经济的一项重要内容,北京、上海、南京、苏州等地都成立了留学生创业园,海外学子成为继华商之后又一关注的焦点。如果我们能充分利用海外留学人员这一高素质的人力资源来发展我国的技术创新,制定科学有效的政策措施吸引他们回国创业,必将对我国的经济建设,特别是我国高新技术产业的发展,建立起我们自己的具有国际先进水准的民族企业,起到巨大的推动作用。
