目的比较2种投饵方式对杀鼠剂效果的影响。方法按急性和抗凝血类2种试验方法进行实验室的杀灭率、摄食系数以及现场杀灭率的试验。结果抗凝血杀鼠剂的试验方法优于急性杀鼠剂试验方法的效果。结论抗凝血的试验方法能够测定出钙化醇类杀鼠剂的现场杀灭效果。
Objective To compare the effects of two feeding methods on the effects of rodenticides. Methods According to two kinds of test methods of acute and anticoagulant, the killing rate, feeding coefficient and killing rate in laboratory were tested. Results The anticoagulant rodenticide test method is superior to the acute rodenticide test method. Conclusion The anticoagulant test method is capable of determining the in situ killing effect of calcified alcoholic rodenticides.
