改革开放30年来,虽然我国经济一直保持较快的增长速度,但就业问题却越来越突出,出现了经济高速增长与就业增长缓慢相偏离的问题,本文利用1978—2005年的有关数据对我国经济增长与就业弹性、就业增长率的关系做了实证分析。研究发现,我国就业弹性与经济增长是负相关的,就业增长率与经济增长率是弱正相关的。本文对此现象进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, although the economy of our country has maintained a relatively fast growth rate, the employment problem has become more and more prominent. There has been a problem that the rapid economic growth and the slow growth of employment growth deviate from each other. Based on the data from 1978 to 2005, The relationship between economic growth and employment elasticity and employment growth rate is analyzed empirically. The study finds that the employment elasticity in our country is negatively correlated with the economic growth, and the employment growth rate and the economic growth rate are weakly positively correlated. This article has carried on the reason analysis to this phenomenon, and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
