颞下颌关节紊乱综合症(Temporomandibular Joint disturbenees syndrome TMJDS)是口腔颌面部常见疾病之一,在颞下颌关节疾病中,此病最为多见,但其发病原因比较复杂,目前尚未完全阐明,故治疗较为棘手。我科就1997年至今收治的265例TMJDS患者病因及治疗方法分析如下:
