7月14日上午,汕头经济特区民政工作改革创新综合观察点协议签字仪式在汕头市举行。民政部副部长窦玉沛,广东副省长刘昆出席签字仪式。根据协议,民政部、广东省民政厅将在汕头市建立直通互动工作机制,对该市给予技术、政策、资源等方面的支持。着力在推进城乡基层社会管理服务体制改革、深化社会组织管理体制改革、探索建立普惠型社会福利制
On the morning of July 14, the signing ceremony of the agreement on the reform and innovation of civil affairs in Shantou SEZ was held in Shantou. Dou Yupei, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs, and Liu Kun, Vice Governor of Guangdong attended the signing ceremony. According to the agreement, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs will establish a direct-to-interactive working mechanism in Shantou and give support to the city in terms of technology, policies and resources. Efforts should be made to promote the reform of the social management service system at the grass-roots level in urban and rural areas, deepen the reform of the social organization and management system, explore the establishment of an inclusive social welfare system
