目的:观察乌拉地尔与尼卡地平联合应用治疗ICU常规治疗效果不佳的高血压患者的疗效及不良反应。方法:23例ICU高血压患者应用乌拉地尔与尼卡地平持续泵入。结果:有效率达100%,其中21例患者在用药10min内血压明显下降。用药过程中没有严重并发症。结论:两药合用疗效佳,起效快,耐受性好。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of urapidil combined with nicardipine in the treatment of hypertension patients with poor curative effect in ICU. Methods: 23 patients with ICU hypertension were treated with urapidil and nicardipine. Results: The effective rate of 100%, of which 21 patients in the medication within 10min significantly decreased blood pressure. No serious complications during treatment. Conclusion: The two drugs combined with good curative effect, fast onset and good tolerance.
