2010年5月10日,中国工商银行城市金融研究所与日本熊本学园大学在上海举行了金融学术交流活动①,并以“日本经济盛极而衰的教训和对中国的借鉴”为题召开了第十届中日国际研讨会(图片新闻见本刊今年第6期封二),熊本学园大学校长坂本正和中国工商银行城市金融研究所所长詹向阳作为嘉宾分别就《国家市场经济与金融危机》和《防患于未然,避免泡沫经济的形成与破灭——日本经济盛衰对中国的启示》做了主题演讲。本刊现将两位嘉宾的演讲内容作适当删节后刊出,以供对相关问题有兴趣的读者参考。文中小标题为编者所加。
