本文就初中英语教学中“两极”分化现象提出差异化分层教学策略,旨在凸显学生的英语学习主体地位和作用,提高学生英语学习主观能动性。依据学生英语学习实际,围绕目标、提问、活动、作业等方面合理确定分层教学策略,让学生在各自最近发展区域内发展。依据差异化确定分层教学模式,能帮助教师及时调整教学策略,提高课堂教学的有效性和实效性,促进学生知识和技能的内化生成。
This paper puts forward a differentiated and stratified teaching strategy based on the differentiation of “two poles” in English teaching in junior middle school. The aim is to highlight the students’ status and role in English learning and improve their subjective initiative. Based on the actual situation of students’ English learning, the strategy of stratification and teaching is reasonably determined around the goals, questions, activities and homework so that students can develop in their respective regions of recent development. Determine the layered teaching mode based on differentiation, can help teachers adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner, improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of classroom teaching, and promote the internalization of students’ knowledge and skills.
