我们从70年底开始对工业用镍铬-镍铝(硅)热电偶的自动检定进行了试验。71年年底基本搞成。72年8月以后,我们又采用了可控硅温度调节器调节检定炉炉温,使得检定炉的升温、保温性能有了很大的改善。从而提高了此套装置的可靠性。过去检定一炉热电偶要二个人,连同检定结果数据处理,约需一天时间。且检定过程中必须精力十分集中,劳动强度很大。利用热电偶自动检定装置,除了装炉等一些准备性工作外,只要二个多小时,全部检定工作即可完成。也不需作烦琐的计算。因而提高了检定效率,减轻了劳动强度,同时还提高了检定精度。
