全军心血管内科专业组“急性心肌梗塞的诊治”专题座谈会于1982年3月23日至25日在北戴河281医院召开。专业组组长黄宛教授、付组长胡康宁、张宁仔、胡治琦主任及各军区、军医大学、海军总医院、空军总医院、解放军总医院的心血管专业技术人员26人参加了会议。到会同志针对急性心肌梗塞的早期诊断及如何估计梗塞面积大小;急性心肌梗塞并发休克、泵衰竭及严重心律失常的诊断,血流动力学监测及救治的经验或教训;抗凝治疗的评价;如何缩小梗塞区的面积;如何对待早期活动;出院后的随诊经验;
