新生儿非结石性胆囊炎极为少见,迄今仅报告9例。本文报告1例并结合文献进行了讨论。病例女婴,胎龄35周,日龄6天,体重2250g。母孕期间无特殊,家族中无胆道疾病患者。患儿生后不久即发生中等度呼吸困难,疑诊败血症,用抗生素及通气支持洽疗后3天,症状很快消失。Hb及WBC正常,血Coombs试验阴性,总胆红素14.2mg/dl,直接胆红素1.6mg/dl,血培养阴性。因轻度黄疸用光疗。生后第6天于右上腹触及一固定、无痛性包块,超声检查胆囊肿大并有细小颗粒,肝内胆道未见扩张。~(99)锝扫描示胆囊肿大或总胆管囊肿。
Neonatal non-calculous cholecystitis is extremely rare, of which only 9 have been reported so far. This article reports 1 case and discusses with the literature. Case of baby girl, gestational age 35 weeks, day 6 days, weight 2250g. No special during pregnancy, no biliary disease in the family. Shortly after birth in children with moderate dyspnea, suspected sepsis, with antibiotics and ventilatory support after 3 days of treatment, the symptoms disappear soon. Hb and WBC normal blood Coombs test negative, total bilirubin 14.2mg / dl, direct bilirubin 1.6mg / dl, blood culture negative. Light jaundice with light therapy. 6 days after birth in the right upper quadrant to reach a fixed, painless mass, ultrasonography gallbladder swelling and small particles, no expansion of intrahepatic biliary. ~ (99) Tc scan showed gallbladder enlargement or choledochal cyst.
