近年来,有关搞好国营大中型企业的问题越来越引起人们的关注。去年9月下旬,中共中央工作会议着重研究了如何进一步搞好国营大中型企业的问题,从政治上、经济上、技术上提出了一些有力政策和措施,这段时间以来,全国人民正在结合实际认真贯彻落实会议的精神。本文拟从企业改革和工业运行的总体方面,就搞好国营大中型企业问题谈几点不成熟的看法。
In recent years, the issue of doing a good job for the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises has attracted more and more attention. In late September last year, the CPC Central Work Conference focused on the issue of how to further improve the performance of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and put forward some powerful policies and measures in terms of politics, economy, and technology. This article intends to talk about a few immature opinions on the overall aspects of enterprise reform and industrial operation and on how to do a good job on large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.
