本研究结果表明,大鼠妊娠第7~14天每天吸入染毒150mg/m~3、50mg/m~2CS_2,对胎鼠具有明显的致畸作用,主要引起骨骼系统畸形(胸骨缺失、囟门增大)和中枢神经系统畸形(脑室增大)。CS_2还可使孕鼠血清铜、锌含量明显降低,外周血淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率降低。本文还讨论了有关CS_2致畸作用机理的某些问题,认为母体血清铜、锌含量降低可能是CS_2致畸作用机理之一,对母体细胞免疫功能的影响也可能与CS_2的致畸作用机理有关。
The results of this study showed that rats exposed to daily doses of 150 mg / m ~ 3 and 50 mg / m ~ 2 cs 2 on day 7 to 14 of pregnancy had significant teratogenic effects on fetal rats, which mainly caused skeletal system deformities (sternum loss, Large) and central nervous system abnormalities (ventricular enlargement).
