随着信息化条件下战争样式和规模、威胁环境等的变化,要求城市地下空间的开发必须兼顾人防的需要。提出了“大型融合式人防综合体”的概念和“地下空间平战功能一体化”的工程建设目标。对大型融合式人防工程综合体的防护体系构成、防护要求等进行了初步的研究。
With the change of the style and scale of war under the conditions of informationization and threats to the environment, it is required that the development of urban underground space must take into account the needs of air defense. Put forward the concept of “large-scale integrated civil air defense complex” and the project construction goal of “integration of underground space with combat function”.
