Colonialism is based on the lack of factual speculation and conjecture. Through deliberate distortion of the “marginalized areas of civilization,” stranger objects that have not yet been controlled by the European ideology are shaped into a chaotic world full of ignorance and evil. Packman’s Oregon Trail is a typical example of the colonial cultural superiority that distorts the image of the Other.
