Advantages and Disadvantages of PICC in the Process of Market Economy The author believes that the establishment and operation of the socialist market economic system is both an opportunity and a challenge for the operation of PICC, with many favorable conditions and facing no Less difficult. Adverse factors, mainly in the following ten aspects: First, PICC operating system is not as good as other companies. As the PICC is based on administrative divisions of the distribution system, large system, wide geographic area, outlets and more, a single organizational structure. Second, the overall cohesion of PICC system is inferior to other companies. From the point of view of the distribution of benefits, the cadres and workers of PICC, especially the grassroots
