目的 观察木香导滞丸恢复消化道恶性肿瘤术后肠功能的临床疗效.方法 86例患者随机分成 2组 ,治疗组 45例应用木香导滞丸治疗 ,对照组 41例单纯用番泻叶治疗 ,观察 2组患者临床证候变化及排气、排便时间.结果 临床证候变化比较 ,治疗组改善率 84.4%,优于对照组 53.6%( P“,”Objective To observe the clinical effect of MuxiangDaozhi pellet on recovery of intestinal function for post operation of malignant tumor of digestive tract. Methods 86 patients with post operation of malignant tumor of digestive tract were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=45) MuxiangDaozhipellet was orally taken and in control group (n=41) Fanxieyie prescription was applied. Results The improvement of symptoms in treatment group (84.4%) more effective than those in control group (53.6%, P<0.01). Time of defecation and aerofluxus was shorted in treatment group compared with those in control group (P< 0.01). Conclusions MuxiangDaozhipellet can produce a recovery of intestinal function for postoperation of malignant tumor of digestive tract, improve life quality.
