目的探讨大豆异黄酮和雌激素对去卵巢大鼠体重、血脂和生长激素释放肽(ghrelin)水平影响。方法 28只去卵巢SD大鼠随机分为4组,分别给予基础膳食(AIN-93 G),基础膳食+低、高剂量异黄酮(0.4、1.6 g/kg)和雌激素(0.15 g/kg),定期测量大鼠体重。12周后,腹腔麻醉大鼠心脏取血,分离血清,分别测定血清血脂、脂蛋白、gh-relin和脂联素水平;分离脏器计算脏器系数。结果实验期间,对照组和大豆异黄酮组动物体重均明显增加,而雌激素组动物体重在实验期间相对稳定;高剂量异黄酮组和雌激素组大鼠体重增加量(48.67、2.10g)明显低于对照组(95.29g)和低剂量异黄酮组(89.54g)(P<0.05)。雌激素组大鼠子宫/体重比明显高于对照组(P<0.01);高剂量大豆异黄酮组与雌激素组大鼠血清ghrelin水平分别为(3.54±0.82)和(2.78±0.27)ng/mL,明显低于对照组(5.03±1.49)ng/mL(P<0.05);未发现大豆异黄酮和雌激素对血脂、游离脂肪酸和脂联素水平影响。结论大豆异黄酮和雌激素均能抑制去卵巢大鼠体重增长,其作用可能与调节血清ghrelin水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of soy isoflavones and estrogen on the body weight, blood lipids and ghrelin levels in ovariectomized rats. No effects of soy isoflavones and estrogen on serum lipids, free fatty acids and adiponectin levels were found. Conclusion Soy isoflavones and estrogen can inhibit the weight gain of ovariectomized rats, which may be related to the regulation of serum ghrelin level.
