目的:观察综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将126例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各63例,治疗组用腹腔灌注抗菌药联合中药口服治疗。对照组仅用抗炎治疗。3个疗程后观察对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为55.56%、93.65%,对照组痊愈率和总有效率分别为30.15%、73.02%,两组痊愈率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),复发率治疗组为11.11%;对照组为26.67%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔灌注联合中药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效较好,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 126 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 63 cases, the treatment group was treated with peritoneal perfusion antibacterials combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Control group only with anti-inflammatory treatment. After 3 courses of observation and comparison of two groups of curative effect. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 55.56% and 93.65% respectively. The cure rate and total effective rate in control group were 30.15% and 73.02% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in cure rate and total effective rate (P <0.01). The recurrence rate was 11.11% in the treatment group and 26.67% in the control group. The treatment group was lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Peritoneal perfusion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease better effect, it is worth promoting.
