军区兰州总医院、乌鲁木齐总医院、十八医院自一九八○年承担组建全军创伤外科、创伤骨科、泌尿外科、急性高山病防治中心任务以来,立足于现有条件,走自己人才培养技术发展的道路,经过6年的努力,先后取得55项科技成果,开展新业务、新技术151项,撰写学术论文333篇,其中有13篇参加了国际学术会议交流。初步形成了自己的专科技术特色,培养造就了一大批医、教、研骨干。
