运用心理学的理论和方法,了解职工的心理并进行合理诱导,调动职工的积极性和工作热情,是医院管理者开创医院工作新局面急待解决的课题。为此,我们就有关问题分别对三所医院的职工心理作了调查。现将结果报告如下。调查方法采用心理学调查方法——问卷法。事先设计调查表,以随机抽样方式,由被调查者不记名填写。调查对象为大连医学院附属医院、大连市第二结核医院、本溪市第二人民医院的医务人员、工勤人员和行政干部,共362人。调查内容与结果
Using the theory and methods of psychology to understand the psychological and reasonable guidance of employees, and to mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the employees, is an urgent task for hospital administrators to create a new situation in hospital work.
