目的为了解珠三角某市CT机房外环境的辐射水平,并对存在的问题提出改进意见。方法按照GBZ 165-2012《X射线计算机断层摄影放射防护要求》、GBZ 130-2013《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》的标准要求(距机房外表面0.3m处周围剂量当量率应小于2.5μSv/h)对珠三角某市辖区内37台CT机的机房外周围辐射水平进行检测,CT机房外环境辐射水平进行检测及评价。结果 CT机房外环境存在射线泄漏情况的位置有机房防护门、控制室防护门、机房上方、邻室、医生观察窗,其泄漏率分别为17.30%(32/185)、6.49%(12/185)、4.50%(5/111)、3.60%(8/222)、0.54%(1/185),超标的位置为机房防护门,超标率为5.41%(10/185)。结论有关部门须重视CT机机房外环境辐射危害,确保机房外人员健康与安全。

Conclusion The relevant departments should attach great importance to the radiation hazard of the environment outside the CT machine room and ensure the health and safety of the personnel outside the machine room.
