根据我国的基本国情以及粮油工业在国民经济中的特殊使命,就我国粮油工业“九五”期间需重点发展和为今后发展需进行积极探索和准备的内容进行了若干思考,仅想起一种抛砖引玉的作用。
Based on China’s basic national conditions and the special mission of the grain and oil industry in the national economy, some reflections were made on the need for major development during the China’s grain and oil industry’s “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period and the need for active exploration and preparation for future development. Kind of throwing bricks to attract the role of jade.
