职工的思想政治工作,是党的思想政治工作的重要组成部分。做好职工思想政治工作,是企业改革、发展的需要。当前,职工思想中出现了一些值得重视的变化和倾向。一是对企业深化改革中出现的一些深层次矛盾和问题不理解、有怨气。部分职工因企业经济效益下降,企业停产、半停产乃至破产,生活困难或下岗待业,对企业改革及发展前景的信心动摇,过去国有企业职工的优越感被强烈的失落感所取代。加上部分企业中经营者民主管理、科学决策的意识较差,使职工产生了自己是“雇佣工、打工仔”的想法,许多职工认为自己在企业中的主人翁地位没有保障,没有体现。
The workers’ ideological and political work is an important part of the party’s ideological and political work. Doing ideological and political work well for staff and workers is a need of enterprise reform and development. At present, there are some notable changes and tendencies in the thinking of staff and workers. First, they did not understand some of the deep-rooted contradictions and problems that emerged during the deepening of the enterprise reform. Some employees have been losing confidence in the reform and development prospects of their enterprises due to the decline in the economic efficiency of enterprises, the suspension of production, the suspension of production or even the bankruptcy, the hardship of life or the suspension of employment. The sense of superiority of the staff and workers of state-owned enterprises was replaced by a strong sense of loss in the past. Coupled with the fact that the managers of some enterprises are democratically managed and their scientific decision-making is not well-informed, employees have their own idea of being “hired workers and wage earners.” Many workers think they have no guarantee of their own masters status in the enterprise and do not reflect this.
