目的探讨外阴营养不良组织中fas/apol-1(CD95)表达与其发病机理的关系。方法采用流式细胞仪检测42例外阴营养不良新鲜组织中fas/apol-1的表达,并取10例正常外阴组织作对照。结果硬化性苔癣组织中fas/apol-1的表达明显高于对照组及鳞状细胞增生混合性营养不良组织中的表达(P<0.01)。磷状细胞增生组织中fas/apol-1的表达和混合性营养不良组织中fas/apol-1的表达相比较无统计学意义。结论fas/apol-1诱导的调亡与外阴营养不良有密切的关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of fas / apol-1 (CD95) and its pathogenesis in vulvar dystrophic tissues. Methods Fas / apol-1 expression in 42 cases of genital malnutrition fresh tissue was detected by flow cytometry, and 10 normal vulvar tissues were used as controls. Results The expression of fas / apol-1 in lichen sclerosus was significantly higher than that in control and squamous cell hyperplasia mixed dystrophy (P <0.01). The expression of fas / apol-1 in phosphorylated cells was not significantly different from that of fas / apol-1 in mixed dystrophic tissues. Conclusion Fas / apol-1 induced apoptosis is closely related to malnutrition in vulva.
