本文总结了用磁性方法与X射线衍射分析法测定高速钢残余奥氏体的试验。两种方法的实验结果相近,并与金相观察相吻合。认为钼高速钢金相检验中经常出现的似乎残余奥氏体过多的现象,主要是由于金相试样制备不当而引起。
This paper summarizes the test of the residual austenite in HSS by magnetic method and X-ray diffraction analysis. The experimental results of the two methods are similar and coincide with the metallographic observation. It is considered that the phenomenon of excessive retained austenite frequently appearing in the metallographic examination of molybdenum high-speed steel is mainly caused by the improper preparation of the metallographic specimen.
