[摘要] 目的 探討复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦酯片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure，CHF）的疗效及安全性。 方法 选取80例CHF患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组仅给予坎地沙坦酯片，观察组给予复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦酯片。比较两组左心室射血分数（left ventricular ejection fraction，LVEF）、左室舒张末期内径（left ventricular end diastolic diameter，LVEDD）、6 min步行距离、脑钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide，BNP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、超敏C反应蛋白（high sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。 结果 治疗后，与对照组比较，观察组LVEDD显著降低，同时LVEF及6 min 步行距离显著增高（P<0.05）；观察组血清BNP、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平较对照组显著降低（P<0.05）。观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦酯片治疗CHF可显著改善心功能，减轻炎症反应。

Curative effects and safety of compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Candesartan Cilexetil Tablets in the treatment of elderly chronic heart failure

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effects and safety of compound danshen dripping pills combined with candesartan cilexetil tablets in the treatment of elderly chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods 80 patients with CHF were selected， and were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group， with 40 patients in each group. The control group was only given candesartan cilexetil tablets， and the observation group was given compound danshen dripping pills combined with candesartan cilexetil tablets. Left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）， left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDD）， 6-min walking distance， brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）， clinical curative effects and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment， LVEDD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， LVEF and 6-min walking distance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）； serum BNP， TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The clinical curative effects in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion Compound danshen dripping pills combined with candesartan cilexetil tablets in the treatment of CHF are able to significantly improve cardiac function and reduce inflammatory reactions. 综上所述，采用复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦酯片治疗老年CHF，可显著改善心功能，抑制炎症级联反应，其效果优于单纯坎地沙坦酯片治疗。
