近日,听一位同行说起他们所在中学的校庆准备工作,其中一项是创作校歌。然而,并不发动和鼓励本校师生参与,从作词到谱曲都是悄悄地在借助外力完成。据说,这种做法也不同程度地存在于其它一些学校的校歌创作过程中。须知校歌不同于一般歌曲,它不但应该反映该校传统的特点,历史的荣耀,还应该融入深沉的感情和美好的理想。是十分「个性化」的东西。没有切身的感受,没有真情的渗透,没有深入的了解,是写不出有血有肉贴心贴肺
In recent days, I listened to a colleague about the preparations for the celebration of their middle school, one of which was the creation of school songs.
